Well, I don't think that's necessarily true. I've made custom guns that are drastically smaller than their base models, like the sawed-off M16/SMG combination I made a while ago. But yes, they probably wouldn't be very effective in combat, especially when you consider just how messed up their inner workings would be.

Yes. Under the "Custom" heading, it will appear blank. Scroll down to the very bottom and you'll find the Lancer.
