Spoiler: The other future sucked, so now it's the new future.

This used to have an assault rifle feel to it, because of the extra grip in front. Now I've converted it into a sniper rife, which is much more appropriate for a railgun. I took the launcher out and replaced it with a bipod. (It faces backwards to help absorb recoil.) The extra barrel below the main one is simply for stability, it doesn't do anything. The 4 accelerators have been moved to the top of the pile, because they just look afwul when there's something in the way. I also put on a sound suppressor, and added a red dot sight.

sorry about that, i just lol'd irl, but the rest of the improvements are great, i would however recommend a much larger suppressor (at that velocity, hueg sonic boom)
