Ok, so this a Anti-Zombie(ish) weapon.

It is a shotgun with a chain saw blade on each side of the barrel. Designed for close counter defence, ie, room defence. The gip at the top allows for better handling when using it for a melee attack/defence. The grip also is used to steady the weapon. It is fired from the hip only. The clip is inserted betwwen the two blades, so watch those fingers!

Modded the Barrett upper to make it a semiauto, unfortunatly the tiny rectangles i used got moved a tad at some point and i wasnt about to make pixel sized changes that late at night >.< Otherwise I think it turned out pretty good, oh and I finally played with the colors... slightly lol

Oh and remember, I'm trying for realism still, so any comments to that nature are welcomed by all means, other than "Its not possible". A bulky special use weapon would just be rare

Is there a way you can tell it is an airsoft gun just by appearance?

Not really, most airsoft guns are meant to look realistic. In Britain, there is a law that all Airsoft guns must have a certain percentage painted a bright colour to distinguish it from a real gun. Over in the states, they'd look just as real as an actual gun unless you checked the ammunition or inner parts. It'd probably have the manufacturer and caliber on the side of the gun as well, I'm assuming.

i hope i don't come off as flippant, but anyways, if you actually handle real weapons on a regular basis (i go shooting at least every weekend) you can tell an airsoft really easily, the plastic is always the wrong level of luster, the edges are sharper, and the whole thing just looks cheaper.
like this image, you can tell that the plastics are all wrong, and the construction is just shoddy to say the least.

Feel free to point out every single thing wrong with it.

I'm far from a gun expert, but the gas block needs to be further forward (or the end of the gas tube needs to be cut off) and the magazine is too far up. Aside from that, it's actually quite good.

gas block is acceptable, but switch the barrel and the tube, and the magazine needs to be lower

An arctic camouflage sniper rifle with a silencer and thermal. Because the man walking out of the blizzard may be last thing you see.

snipers wouldn't "walk out of the blizzard" and shoot you, they would shoot you from half a mile away, covered in a snow mound.

I concur. This is, without doubt, the shittiest gun design I have made. Here is my design for a realistic automatic shotgun. I call it the AMPS-S11.

Fires 12-gauge from a drum magazine of 20 or 32 shells at 400 RPM. Low recoil and gas-operated, easy to maintain, due to similar internal workings to the AA-12 and AK-47. Uses a buffer system to further reduce recoil and fires from an open bolt.
