So their agenda is literally stealing goods from companies...?
No it isnt.
Then what is it...? Care to elaborate?
Edited my post above while you were typing.

EDIT : They just mentioned it - right, they call pirates criminals and "demonized" - I like them =)

So they plan to get rid of pirating by reforming copyright?

EDIT2 : I'm actually rather confused regarding their views on the subject; they seem to blame the entertainment industry and support piracy; which goes back to my earlier point that they support criminals. Yet they admit pirates are criminals and claim they want them to say "enough is enough" - the interview was unclear on the matter.

The technological prevention of Fair Use of Copyrighted materials should be legally prohibited. The commercial exploitation of other people's digital works should remain classed as theft. The modification and redistribution of original Intellectual Properties and software should only be allowed under express license by the creators, typically: a game can be 'modded' and original games redistributed that are based on its engine, provided that no attempt is made to profit by the work (includes T-shirts and tournaments). However, the length of Copyright should be reduced from its current term - I believe this is 70 years after the creators death - it should be more like 20 years after their death; which is sufficient to provide a continuing income to the bereaved spouse of the creator for a reasonable period before it automatically lapses into the Public Domain:

Yay us swedes! And for all of you who think that the Pirate party are bad, the other candidates where "Sverigedemokraterna", a party whose leaders constantly try to convince people that they are not rascist (and failing at that).
I know who I would have voted on if it stood between the two...
"The other candidates"? Sweden has more than two political parties. Other major parties taking part in the election were the Feminist Initiative, the June List, the Left Party, the Environmental Party, the People's Party, the Centre Party, the Moderates, the Social Democratic Party and the Christ Democrats. And then there were a few minor ones that never stood a chance. Still, the Sweden Democrats are pretty minor themselves, and were not even close to being the "other candidates", if you're focusing on two groups.
Yeah, I didn't phrase that very well at all. I was just trying to point out that the Sweden Democrats were considered one of the most "dangerous" adversaries since "experts" thought that people wouldn't vote since they didn't care about EU and didn't know even what they were voting about. Some were worried that the only ones who would vote were the Sweden Democrats "followers" (couldn't think of an appropriate word) and that SD therefore would be the sole Swedish representative or something of the like.

Britain has unfortunately managed to put through two members of the BNP (British National Party [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_National_Party]) to the European Parliament, which is... horrific. They're effectively racism personified.

My country is not MY country when people like that have power...
And HOW are they racist?
They hate non-whites, they want to stop non-white politics, immigration, rights?
That's racism.

No. You could call them "Technological Realism Party" and it would be more truthful (if not as catchy). What separates them from other parties is the explicit recognition of that nothing less than a full-blown police state is capable of enforcing the current copyright laws, so as long as we like our freedom, copyright is essentially dead already.
How is this a good thing? I bet they have no real plans or ideology's regarding any other form of politics - democracy doesn't work when you have people voting in wasted seats...
Oh, they have a plan alright - a conscious decision to have no common policy in areas outside the core party platform. For a marginal party, to do what you ask would be fundamentally stupid. Individual candidates have their own positions - nothing stops a libertarian, a socialist and a religious conservative from being PP candidates as long as they agree with the core platform. The voters pick their candidate based on the specific positions of that candidate. (What kind of idiot would vote for a candidate based on nothing but his party, anyway?)
When a candidate is indifferent about an issue, that's fine as far as PP is concerned. That vote can then be used to trade with others to secure more support for PP's core platform.
