i have like a crapload of ideas for tv shows, but sadly i can never find people who will actually want to work on it consistently (and use i did use the job board and it flew like a fat rock), so i figure i'll aim higher and try to pitch it to a tv show network. sadly though i have no idea how, any thoughts on this?

I believe you should get an agent, thats just a guess. They'd be able to take you through the process and present the project to the right people.

Do you just have the ideas or do you actually have some scripts to back them up?`

I think having scripts would be very helpful to you, because I think a lot of people out there have "ideas".

I doubt most studios would want to buy just an idea. But with a script you have something physical that they can buy the rights to.
