Yeah, I have suddenly the eager need to learn drawing pixel arts, so I want to ask you if you know a good Pixel exclusive Program I can download or even buy and then download it.

Get any art program and zoom in really far.

I don't really see a point in having a program exclusively for pixel art when you have pretty much every art program out there do exactly that if you have a small canvas size.

Yes, indeed you have a point, but here is the thing: I need also everything plugs-in and adjustments to be specifically for Pixel art.
I don't want to waste my time later to fix every single problem I have in the future.
That why I want something specific.

Shovel Knight was made with it so you know the quality is decent.

Oh, this is look really good! And if the developers of Shovel Knight use it [one of my favourite games, plus its recent expansion], then for sure I will look at it.
