This is a thread about game-modes.
I suppose we all like a little fun and games with different game modes out there. Such as the ones in Tf2 being: Control points, Arena, Deathmatch, Payload, Payload race and so on, where as other games such as combat arms (Half decent online shooter) has things like: One man army, Spy hunt and capture the flag.
So my questions to you lads and lasses are:
What is your favourite in-game mode?
Why does it seem interesting above others and how is it interesting?
If you could make a game mode for any genre, what would it be?
But, can you think of any disadvantage of your above game-modes?

I prefer Highlander, 5 Control points in Tf2 which is a nine verses nine control points map - which is a nine verses nine one per class match.
I prefer it since there's never too many snipers/spies/heavies and gives some team balance.
The game mode I would create would somewhat be a mix of control points and one man CTF. One person has to grab the flag and bring it to a control point to cap it instead of capping it by just standing over it.
The disadvantage with highlander is that if any players leave, there's going to be a hack of a balance problem.
The disadvantage with my game mode is that engineers will tank at the flags.
So anyway, post'n have fun!
