The only plastic surgery that doesn't totally gross me out is breast implants. Even those are over doing it. It's kinda a turn off for most guys when a girl looks like a fucking barbie doll.
Then there's the cougars, OH GOD THE FUCKING COUGARS!!! You know what I'm talking about, they're trying to fuck 19 year old guys, they have been married more then 3 times, they're at least 45 years old and there is so much plastic in their bodies, if you melt it all down, there would be more then enough to make a fucking city where every building and house is made out of plastic instead of wood!
