When I heard that slap I was like: oooooouuuuuuccchhhh...

Kids always get into the most painful situations: falling from stairs, of a swing, of a see-saw, getting the fingers between the door, etc.

To say that it's 'child abuse' is a bit extreme. It's clearly an accident. As if the Wii never gave accidents.

Get your tomatoes ready, bad joke incoming:

I guess his hand manage to Kinect with her face.

*runs for cover*

Man, if this was shown at a TV station in my country, I know what everyone would be saying. Mind you, it makes no sense to anyone not covering the current dictator's abuses:

"He didn't hit her, it was an ordinary trick. The blue pixel! Shame on you Dinu Patriciu!"

It's not Kinect; it's kids. And their incredible quietness when walking along the floor. I swear, I have slapped my sister in the face about a dozen times, because I'd just be walking around the house, maybe stretching out my arms, and she'd magically appear behind my hand and get hit.

Am I the only one wondering why this idiot uploaded the movie on YouTube? Seriously?

"Arr arr, look at me, here's a funny video of me accidentally punching my daughter in the face, arr arr..."

Oh God, that was hilarious! I'm going to keep re-watching these. Slow-mo scream made me lmao!

Both the father and daughter were at fault here, the father for not being aware of his surroundings, and his stupid daughter for walking behind him just to get... *****-SLAPPED.

I still find it odd why he uploaded the video though. :/

His wife uploaded the video, apparently she thinks it's quite funny. From the YouTube page itself:

The fun in the original video was that it was unexpected. The fun in the slow-mo version is, well, the last few seconds =P

No offense to the uploader and his relatives meant, but I'd feel like an idiot just playing with Kinect, and it doesn't take until I see it in action that I form this opinion. I hope this motion controls thing doesn't become the main way of making games in the future.

Why aren't these people giving the player appropriate room? Seems to me like they aren't even being careful.
