from what i understood he wanted you to be able to buy the games in streaming service. as in pay once, stream that game forever.Hairless Mammoth said:They would have to port the games over to the PS4's architecture or write up some emulation software to cover every game, but that could be buggy and a hassle. It's their way to make money off of peeps that either don't have a PS3, don't want to pay full price on a game they won't replay, or can't find those discs second hand. It's benefits some and others should stay far away from it. Although, I don't really like the pricing, either.Banjo-Kazooie Blue said:This is B.S. If you Nintendo has the ability to SELL you a game on eShop there is no reason whatsoever you should have to stream a PS3 game to your PS4. Do they really expect us to be happy they get to charge us every month for something we should only have to pay for once.
Are you being redirected away from the US site? You might have to manually go to the US portion of the PS Blog or trick it into thinking you're in North America. I searched the European PS Blog and the last entry mentioning PS Now is a year old. They might have forgotten about you guys and don't want to admit it's going to take longer to get the Now working over there yet.Strazdas said:Clicking Playstation Now link does not bring me to Playstation Now. why?
So to clarify - this is only working for PS4 owners right now, correct?
I will try out the service once i can stream it to a PC. It does seem to be on their plans in the future, so ill just have to wait.
I don't think that's want he meant, considering the complaint about having to stream and the Nintendo eShop analogy. It would take a miracle for a company to be willing to run servers indefinitely for a one time fee.from what i understood he wanted you to be able to buy the games in streaming service. as in pay once, stream that game forever.
