Okay so my problem is this: yesterday I got an email from Sony saying "Thank you for your purchase" and I didn't think about it much because I've been making PSN Store purchases, here's the problem. They stole (I'm gonna say stole) 9.99 from my account for this stupid arsed Music Unlimited thing, I only got it in the first play because it was free for the first 30 days and I thought I'd try it out, nobody told me it was an auto-renewal thing, the fuck is that? how do I turn this off and how do I contact Sony so they can give me my funds back?

I really doubt you're going to get you're money back. Generally, when you have to unsubscribe from something before they charge you it says it in the fine print and it's up to you to notice.

It's a shitty thing that companies do but I don't think you'll really have a claim to get your 9.99 back.

Yeah there's a good chance you don't get your money back. This is a good example of people needing to read the goddamn fine print.

This stuff's everywhere, think Netflix trials etc. It's why I never sign up to any of them, I just get paranoid I'll forget.

If you wanna contact them, see if there's anything in the emails. That or go to the PSN website and find a "Contact us" bit. Most companies have that.

I had this once with a LoveFilm thing, although I actually did know it was coming. >.> I had to call up to cancel that after they'd charged me for the first month.
