So I bought a t-shirt online with a prepaid mastercard and I'm wondering a few things. The tracking status of the item is "closed" what does that mean? Also when I made the purchase it didn't change the balance at all to the amount on the credit card, the purchase was 34 (that includes shipping) and the balance on the card is 50. It still says 50 even now, did I do something wrong? I think I might have made the purchase before registering the mastercard (by registering I mean typing in my postal code)

Also when I put in my address do I put the city I live close to or the actual town I live in?

I'm not really sure what closed means, but I can help with the adress dilemma.

When they ask for adress I.E. City, state, and the street you live in, you MUST write the exact things. Like: (This is just an example, I don't know if ALL these areas exist) State: Colorado. City: Sterling. Street/General adress: stupidstreet 74A. This means YES you must write the exact place you live in, no matter how small the area is.

This is just an example, but whatever, hope it helps. (That is, if I didn't misunderstand completely) oh, and you MUST MUST MUST have the postal code. No postal code means that the package WILL be lost (Most likely) If you are lucky though, the postman you have ain't a retard like mine -_-

How long does it usually take for a package to arrive? I don't know exactly where the location is, I got a Alice Madness Returns t-shirt (if that helps) and it's almost been 2 weeks now

It totally depends on several things.

1: Where the package is sent from.
2: How big the request is. (How many wants one.)
3: How many they have in stock.
4: How many they need to make to fulfill all requests.
5: How slow the senders are to actually send the damn package.
6: How slow the post-office in your town is.

That is mostly all the factors for how long it will take. I am not sure how long it will take for you, but the general time for a package can vary from 1-4 weeks, sometimes up to 6 weeks. You can also call your post-office, the packing company, or the company/Business that makes the T-shirts to get some information of how long it may take, or where your package is. Note this: You need all the information you have about the package. Your name, adress, where you ordered it from, when you ordered it, and what number your order is. (No.11111 for example)

More than this, I can't really help you, sorry.

Can't answer the rest of it, but you're supposed to put whatever city/town is on your mailing address. this could be either the small town you live in or the big city you live close to, but it's usually the town you live in. Check the mail you get if you have to, but it should specify the city for your mailing address. It isn't always the town you live in. My sister lives in a small town but the town for her mailing address is the bigger town that's about 4 miles down the road. don't ask me why.
