ok i'm in the ash lands at the part where you need to get from platform to platform quickly without being eaten by the giant worm.i've died 13 times here and i cant get to the other side.the furthest ive gotten is within atleast 9 feet of the other side from the last platform.i know this probably isn't the place to go for help but Gamefaqs has no walk throughs and no one has asked on the answers tab of the game.any help with this would be apreciated.

I died a fair bit on this part too, but there's no real trick to it. All I can suggest is to start running when the worm is as far away from your platform as possible.

Also, I don't think it can devour you from beneath, so perhaps you cna start running when it's straight ahead of you and has to sink under the platform?
Worth a shot, at least once.

Also, the forums tab for GameFAQs is THE place to go for game help. When its active.

The way I did it was to make my move when the worm was as far away as possible. Also, make sure you double jump and glide whenever you leave a platform, it only goes after you if you're actually on the floor.

I tried that initially but I found that after landing it'd take longer to start moving again than if I'd just ran in the first place.

That is a problem, but at least you've covered nearly half the distance before it's even noticed you, so I reckon it's worth it. I only died once while doing it, so I must have done something right.

Perhaps!
Had fun with the horsebastardboss?

I was shouting at the telly "No! Don't kick the sword back to him! He's killed you four times already!"
Alas.
