please help, world of warcraft problem

when i tried to log into my account on account management to add more time, i got a error message saying my account has been temporarily disabled. I can't get in contact with blizzard at the moment and i was wondering what i should do so that i can add money to my account.

I'd recommend asking your parents if they disabled your account, or anyone else that might not want you to play WoW.
Otherwise, email/call the support staff of Blizzard when you can.

Check your account-related email. It's possible you've been hacked and there might be a message there from Blizzard explaining they've shut down your account cause the hacker tried to sell gold etc.

Also, call them. If you're not in a country that has a free call centre, get someone you trust from a country that does to call them for you. Mind you that you might have to give this someone some account details for them to help you, so really, be careful who you ask to do it.

Yeah, what Vrach said, if you get temp banned or anything happens to your account, Blizzard send you an email explaining everything. But watch out for phishing emails of course.
