A pixel indie title that is either action, strategy or both. Seriously craving a good pixel game after fully beating Rogue Legacy. (I know that SOUND impossibles but after you get all the armor and runes what else is there?)

And it doesn't strictly need to be indie, that just appears to me where indie thrives as of late.

Fortune Summoners is a platform/sidescroller and has amazing action gameplay. It's challenging, but the controls are quick and there is a lot you can do with the combat. There's another fairy-something game by the same people which also has similar quality gameplay.

For a not indie game I'd say Disgaea, it's has tons of depth and enough things to keep you busy for years creating the perfect team. Or you can just do the story which is wacky and fun.

I will also vote Hotline Miami. There's strategy in how you approach each situation but it also requires speed and skill. Strategic action is probably the best way to put it. It's incredibly satisfying to plan out an attack and follow through with it from one fluid kill to the next. It's also satisfying when everything goes wrong and you pull it off by the skin of you teeth anyway.
