Poacher achievements

So I've finally gotten all three endings of Poacher, the good, the bad, and the awesome, and now I've only got either three or four achievements left to get. I say three or four, because I only see nineteen of them when there are supposedly twenty. I also just tried to get the complete the game with only three health achievement, but failed somehow. Any thoughts anybody?

The twentieth achievement is to get all the other nineteen and then walk past them in the intro screen.. It's basically like the Platinum Trophy for PS3.

Thank you very much, I got the last two last night. Taking down the Judge with three health was a challenge, but I figured it would be easier than the gauntlet run would have been.
