Pokémon D&P problem

First off, I'm not cheap, so I'm not gonna get a lvl 100 Mewtwo. If you seriously need one then you're more of a noob than me.
Secondly, I win every fight I can through type advantage, so I beat every trainer even though I have weaker guys on my team. I beat the last gym using lvl 35's.
Thirdly, I cannot stand using the Vs Seeker, it's too much hassle going everywhere again. I much preferred Emerald's PokéNav. Much more efficient.

I may as well do the rounds with the Vs Seeker. It'll take another week or three, but it might help.

If it is so much trouble, why bother playing the game?

Ugh.. Diamond and Pearl ruined the franchise for me. Just look at the names.

This may not work for you but back in the days of RB/GS/RS
I would just train the hell out of my starter and ignore everyone else. A level 70 Feralgator would kill every opponent with one hit of slash. If they were Ghost, Bite did the job. Super effective attacks with critical hits only did 100 points. I crushed the elite four with one Pokemon So many times that by the end I had enough money to buy every stat booster and if they let me I could have bought the entire Jhoto region.
