I'd like maybe to see Kenghaskhan as a mid stage pokemon with one evolution either end.

But yeah. Kangaskhan seems an obvious choice for evolution. A baby stage at least. Especially when there was krabby, who just evolved into a bigger crab.

Pretty much any of the single stage pokemon.

How would that work when Cubone wear Marowak skulls?

Seriously I love this guy, If Pokemon were real he would be my partner.

Then again even if he did have an evolution I don't think I would evolve him, he looks badass enough to me.

Marrowak Skulls look a bit too different, they're more smoother and less "skully"

and yeah, I saw that pic up thread, that's what made me think about it. Poundeon looks like a cheerleader with the little pom poms. Not a cheer leader I'd like to pick a fight with, mind you.

My personal preference would be to have pretty much anything that doesn't already, have 3 proper stages of evolution. Varied evolutions like slowking and the various eevolutions don't specifically count either. I just hate that my pokemon that evolve only once or not at all tend not to be as naturally powerful as a 3 stager.

Specifics, I'd try to make a bigger, better kingler.

I came up with some...

Douno- preevolution of Doduo. just one head
Spookeon- ghost form of Eevee. maybe purple, with misty ears/tail/legs
Chatune- evo of Chatot, based off of a cockatiel (think of a mohawk made of music notes)
Dionyx- I remember Onyx's pokedex description mentioning that old Onyxs' boulders eventually turn into black diamonds. why not? it's look pretty cool. put it's defense through the roof.
