Sorry if it didn't come across that way, and yeah OU has been fixed, drought vulpix has also been banned from UU and drizzle+swift swim has been banned all together save for ubers. So sorry and Empoleon is a pretty cool guy, he takes no sandstorm damage and doesn't afraid of anything.

Because those who make them fight to the death is a sick bastard. Thats why its called competitive battling with rules and such in place.
