The best way to take on the league is to literally just use them to train. Invest any winnings into full restores and revives and save them up for when you get that good run and make it to the champion or the 4th member
You might lose a lot, but alternate team members when you can and you're pokemon will end up winning eventually. It's hardcore training
This. I always do this. I also found that a skillful use of Max Revives on the Champion can turn an almost certain loss into a sound victory.

No wonder you need help. Your party, to be frank, sucks. You have two water types, two flying types, two ground types, a useless poison type, and a ghost/dragon dual mix. Keep Giratina, evolve Ryhorn (to a Ryperior if possible), get rid of Pelipper and Tentacruel, and balance out your team with an electric (like Luxray) and a Psychic (like Gardevoir, who can learn a full compliment of different move types). Accept the fact that your team can't handle the Elite Four and scrap it and rebuild, or be prepared to level your Pokemon to an ungodly high level.
