When I was younger I loved Pokemon Snap. I spent hours obsessing over this game and trying to get every last Pokemom. Gotta catch 'em all, right? I beat the game and got every Pokemon when I heard a rumor that there were ones I missed. Namely; Blastoise, Golduck and Ninetails. I've heard numerous methods and tricks to get them, but nothing I ever tried did any good. I can't even find a picture or video of these Pokemon in game on the web.

My question to the Escapist community is this: is it true? Can you get them? If so how?! I'd love to be able to finally complete the game if there are some I missed. If you manage to capture one of them in game post a picture of it or link the video of your great accomplishment. Happy Hunting.

No, whoever told you that is pulling your leg, overall in Snap I think there were only like 60something of the original 151.
But I remember that game well, and those 3 weren't in it.

LIES! I SNAPPED THEM ALL!!

I'm pretty sure those are just rumours. If the game tells you you've photographed all of them it's probably telling the truth.

There are only 63 Pokemon, and to the best of my knowledge there are no hidden ones that aren't listed in the game's menu.

I remember I rented that game at least twice, and I bought the player's guide for it. I bought a player's guide for a game I didn't even own!

Ninetails and Golduck sound they would be in there, and for some reason feel like they would, but if the game told you that you've snapped them all, I'd believe the game and who ever told you just pulled your legs right out from under you.

I'm suprised with all the Pokemon games out there they haven't made a new Pokemon snap, or has Bill be burried under 40 copies of the same pokemon about a jazillsion times? :p

Oh my, the memories. What a great game. It just had this one point when you would feel like you're seeing the same thing over and over again ._.

I miss that game so much and no those pokemons are not in the game.

Once you get to the Rainbow Cloud that means you have snap shot of every pokemon other then Mew.

Aww I miss that game sooo much, it was good enuffe to derives a sequel. But they better have the same level designers.

I know 100% that Ninetails was in there, cause I can remember that. I think you had to knock one of the little Vulpix's into hot lava.

That was the one I was the least sure about. I tried for an hour once just playing the Volcano stage over and over again trying to pesterball one of those little dogs into the lava and they wouldn't go in, no matter how close they were to the edge.

It is definitely not in there.
The problem is that anyone who had pokemon Snap probably also had Pokemon Stadium. Since they use the graphical everythings, its easy for the mind to mix one game with the other.

That being said, my sister got a score of 9990 on mew and we were both ecstatic.
