How much time have you invested in the pokemon series? across the whole of all the games i've put in about 200 hours. I have a friend though who has invested over 600 hours in a single game so he has well over 1000 hours logged into the series.

Probably around 1,500 total.

I've owned every version of every generation. I only finish one or two of each gen, though.

R/B/Y, G/S/C, R/S/E, D/P/P/, FR/LG, HG/SS...

Just out of curiosity do your R/B/Y and G/S/C still work? Mine don't save anymore

About 120 hours in SoulSilver so far... 500 hours total in Red, Silver, Crystal and SS seems plausible.

Quite a lot. At the moment my SoulSilver file is at 80 hours, Diamond and Platinum files are at about 145 hours each, but my original Silver file is a monster clocking in just over 800 hours. I have got Fire Red and Emerald but I can't remember how many hours I've put into them.

I don't know...I never play the old games. I like the new ones better. And I'd have to pull out my old GBA SP.

Around 130 hours on my heartgold
around 485 hours on my diamond
around 151 hours on my platinum
around 330 hours on my emerald
and those are the ones I haven't bothered restarting on.
I think the only ones I didn't have were the silver and crystal versions.

600 hours at least. Considering that I've only been playing them since the beginning of August that's a good bit.

Not entirely sure. I'm currently at ~40 for SoulSilver. I haven't really been paying attention to the series since Crystal, and I don't have the original games anymore, so I can't really say.

I'm not even sure, I've only ever played blue and sliver, so if I were to estimate. About 400 hours possibly more were put into playing both games.
