Pokemon Trading

Hey all. I know there's a global network in the game where you can trade for different pokemon, but let's face it... It kinda sucks. Every trade out there is severely unbalanced. A level 1 Eevee for a Deoxys. Oh, but it doesn't matter what level the Deoxys is! Frankly, it seems pretty bullshit. I for one put a Todotile up there last week wanting to trade for a Chikorita. (Seems fair, right? One starter for another?) Not a single nip. Any Chikorita that people want to trade are for insanely ridiculous requests, like a level 50 Starmie, or a level 100 Dragonite, or... Deoxys.

So, I say, let's try some trading on here. The process seems simple enough. If we exchange info on the escapist, and post what we want and what we're willing to trade for it, we can probably make some reasonable trades. Deoxys for a Mew? Seems fair. Starter for another starter? Sure. Level 100 pokemon for a level 1 of any kind? That's a bit unbalanced, but you get the picture.

TL,DR: Who wants to trade pokemon in the DS games? I've got Heartgold at the moment and am trying to collect starters. I want Charmander, Chikorita, and Cyndaquil. I have Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Todotile. Anyone wanting to trade, just send me a message.

Sounds good but the starters really aren't all that great compared to most others. Plus you can get 3 starters (from the 1st 3 generations) just for beating the game. I'm sure there's a few pokemon groups already on the escapist to look at though.

All I need is Deoxys and the Gen IV legendaries.

I already have Mew, Jirachi, and they're giving away Celebi's at Gamestop at the end of the month, so I'll be all set for everything else.

Also, I can't do it anytime soon (I won't be home for a couple days) but message me your number. I have literally every starter from every Gen, so when I get ahold of my DS again I'll send you eggs of what you need. You can just trade me some trash Pokemon.

For the record: I would accept trade-and-tradebacks for the legendaries I need. I just want the 'dex entries.

Hmm. If you mean like starting a new game and getting far enough to trade my starter for another but i'm way too far in my game to be trading my starter off.

Either way I don't mind doing some trading but unfortunately it'll be very difficult to near impossible to get my DS to connect to any network on campus here.

I have 1100 Pokemon though all my games and if I traded them all to one game the entire pokedex would be full for that game. I have Diamond, HG, and SS. my highlights would be my Arceus, Shiny Latias, 9 shiny legendary dogs (3 of each WOOOT Gamestop event!) 2 Darkrais, 2 Shaymens, shiny Mew, level 5 Jirachi. you gotta love events.

Funny thing is I dont use my Legends in battle. (Except my Shiny Latias. My first ever shiny legend plus my favorite legend? WIN!) All I do is collect the buggers.

Umbreon and Weavile are often switched with my shiny Latias and Ninetails with my Flareon.

I'm am looking for a Deoxys, Darkrai. I would prefer to keep them but a trade-back would be alright I guess. They're really the only two that I would say I need until the release of Black and White. If anyone has either of them, I would be willing to trade:

Any starter (literally: I have HG, SS and, Diamond). I have a Japanese SS so if you wanted a Japanese Pokemon for a foreign Pokedex entry that would be doable.

I would be willing to also give Feebas, Rotom, Spiritomb or, Phione for keeps.

For a quick trade/ trade back kinda thing I guess it wouldn't matter unless there was dex info you wanted or needed.

I have a ton of Pokemon. If you want any starter just message me. I hope you don't mind if they're level one though. Ya know what? I'll be that guy. Send me Pokemon requests and I can most likely get one for you. I only need those two which I doubt anyone will have (unless they use a cheat device which is cool I guess since those 2 aren't being given away anymore)

If you'd like to message me your friend code, I can breed you one of each of the starters that you need. I have all but maybe 60 pokemon in my pearl version. My only rule for doing this for people is that I trade you eggs. That way, you can raise them normally instead of with the boosted experience. Also, I don't require anything in return for these eggs, just grab a bunch of rattatta or bidoof and ready them up.

EDIT: I don't do legendaries. I will attempt natures and movesets, but I don't have much background in that as of yet.

I hate how people want such stupid trades. I can get you Charmander and Cyndaquil also can get you a Torcich if you want it.

Sorry to get your hopes up then quickly destroy them, but I have a Darkrai, but I don't feel good about trading online, even just a trade back.
