We just had a massive court case like 6mths ago where a plastic bag let you murder someone. Once he touched the taser, its a free murder for the cop

Then what are we supposed to do when cops start issuing contradictory orders in full knowledge that we won't be able to comply? Because that's what they do.

That's what some of them do. Well than you're fucked. I mean, what else can I say? If contradictory orders are given you can never fully comply and you're just fucked.

Gives them an excuse to say you were resisting arrest and then they can go ahead and execute you. And yes, this was an execution. I don't give a shit if dude was resisting, the pig shot him in the back of the head at point blank range.

And he should be punished for that. But needlessly escalating things as the "suspect" is not going to help in any way either. It's increasing the odds things go sour and further reducing the odds the police officer will have to face any justice at all.
