Poll: 2ed Worst publisher based on principles

Who do you think is the worst publisher is based on their overall shitty actions, BS and bad indoctrinations such as On Disc DLC, Online Passes, DRM, Buying up other companies and shutting them down etc, besides EA since it obviously won the last round in just a few days.

I'm interested to see what peoples opinions are once the beast known as EA is taken out of the picture. I took out 2K games from the list as well because it wasn't getting any votes. I did leave in THQ despite not receiving any votes either because they did come up with the whole concept of online passes.

No it did but they have learned the error of their ways so you have to give them points for that.

On topic I voted for Capcom for their On-Disc DLC but now I'm thinking I should of went with Microsoft. Their gutting of Rare, Abandonment of Core games for Kinect games and charging for On-live while spamming you with adds like WoW puts them in 2ed place followed by Capcom or Activision IMO. I didn't think it through enough, my fault tho no excuses I made the thread.
