Sooooo....this is happening.

Personally I find this awesome. The guy gets to have a use for his cat after it passed, the animal felt no pain, and its pretty darned unique. All in all I have no problem with it but was wondering what you guys think.

Also if anyone knows how to post that other than a link, can you let me know so I can edit it? Thanks!

Wasn't this covered a while ago?

Ohwell.

OT:

That's pretty cool.
Disgusting, but cool.
I personally wouldn't do that to an animal because it just doesn't appeal to me.

This is awesome and is probably a meme by now.

If people accept stuffed cats, then it's already too late to say no here.

one of the most horrfying hilarious things I've ever seen

also those activists are idiots...the cat was already dead, he didn't kill it for the sole purpose of making his cat-copter....I hope not

The cat was run over by a car and killed.

6 months later it was taxidermied and turned into ORVILLECOPTER!

It is a little screwed up but there was worse ways of dealing with dead pets.

I think stuffing your deceased pets, so you can keep them forever always, is a little disturbing;
turning them into a helicopter is really disturbing.

"Lets take this dead cat and make it into a toy"
Sounds like a pitch for a horror film.

He didn't kill the cat so I guess that makes it ok... I just couldn't do it myself. If one of my dogs died I'd be hugely upset and the idea of getting one of them stuffed and turned into a helicopter would never cross my mind.
Its a tad disrespectful to the cat though. Think it may have been nicer to use perhaps a stuffed toy that's realistic looking.

Errrr dafuq? Well it's illegal to bury your pets in this country (soil contamination). So I guess flying around with it is a good alternative?

I wouldn't do it for the same reason I wouldn't do it to my parents. Then again I wouldn't cut of my dick, cook it and serve it too some people in the name of art like this guy. Art can be pretty fucked up nowadays. As long as he didn't kill the cat in the name of art. If anyone would do that I would have his balls on a platter! (badum tish)

Personally, I never saw the appeal of stuffing your pets after they die. I myself find it kind of disrespectful to the body of the deceased cat, especially because it seems to be more of a joke or spectacle. I don't know something about this seems wrong, but the cat didn't suffer so all I can say its probably in bad taste.

Yeah I remember seeing this on Tosh.o a few weeks ago and being torn between whether I thought it was the most awesome thing I'd seen in a while or the most horrifying thing I've seen in a while. I think I'm still kind of on the fence.
