As a gamer, I have to say, I'm really looking forward to Brink. To me, the parkour of Assassin's Creed mixed with a first-person shooter AND character customization is a tantalizing treat I can't resist. However, there is one thing that just crossed my mind:
Everyone. I mean, EVERYONE, is going to want to be the Operative class. (For those of you not following the game, the Operative class does the most parkour and requires you to go behind enemy lines, as well as giving you the ability to disguise yourself as the enemy), sound familiar? Yes, it's basically the Spy from TF2.
Y'see, I wanted to play as an Operative at first, that's how this train of thought started, simply because it was the most suited to the established game mechanics. EVERYONE is going to be itching to try out the Parkour system, and from what I can see, the Operative would get the most use of that. As well as the fact it just seems like the coolest class.
So, what do you think, am I just misjudging the gaming community? Do you think I have a point here? And, if you plan on getting Brink, what class do you plan on playing first?
