I don't think LoTRO would be your choice. You describe yourself as an achiever, with WoW's raid dungeons raided through and all. LoTRO is a lot more of a casual MMO, and I think you might quickly run out of stuff to do in it, like you have now with WoW. Roleplaying and fluff is a big part of the game, and has been given more attention than in a lot of other games.
WAR is a pvp heavy game, I've played it for nine months. Mythic sucks at class balance, and PvP is often dominated by a monotonous group setup of one trick ponies. None of the pvp instances even come close to WoW's. The heart of that game is open world pvp, which is a huge zerg fest. Some people like it, some people don't. Usually the side with more players wins, and it's not uncommon for servers to have Destruction dominating during the day, and Order wiping the floor with them, once people get home from work/school.
I've heard good stuff about Aion, and I might try it once I get more money. You shouldn't run out and buy it now though, as the developers put up waaaayyy too little servers, and they are now overcrowded, with long queue times. With long, I mean seven hours long.
Also, the game is still young, and none of us western folks really know what the endgame is going to be like.
Tread lightly.
