I recently thought about this aliment and some of the moral grey zones that surrounded it. This lead me to wondering if you had consexual sex with one of the individuals personalities but not the other (or others potentially) would that count as rape, thoughts?

(Edit) I do not carre if you think that im an idiot, i simply wanted to know what the masses felt about the topic. Problem?

It isn't because your having sex with the personality that gave consent.
Not with the one that didn't.

It wouldn't be rape unless the personalities switched round (it's one at a time right?) when you were in the middle of the act and then the new personality asked you to withdraw. I think that in many jurisdictions if someone changes their mind whilst having sex you have a short amount (possibly five seconds in one country or state, can't remember which) of time from them making their objection in which to get off them before it counts as rape.

Assuming DID exists (there are studies that really doubt it) it's still a not a clear cut issue. The alternative personalities can range from you with a different attitude to somebody who is nothing like you (gender and age wise). Besides, the alternative personalities aren't, you know, a swarm of people in your head that vote for the actions of the body. There is a dominant personality. That is you. The other personalities are not you. OK, not precisely so clear cut but the point is, that if you had a consensual sex, the other personalities have no say on the matter.

It's a stupid question to ask overall.
