Poll: A Quick (Escapist Related) Question

I really want to change my account name to something new, but I've already changed this one once and I don't want to (and, for lack of money can't) join the Pub Club. Should I just make a new account?

I'm fairly sure it's only against the rules to make a new account in order to get around a ban. Why not just PM a mod and ask nicely though?

Isn't this a question that should have been PM'd to one of the Mods? I know that ban-jumping (creating another account to avoid a ban) is not allowed, but I don't know about just creating a new account (after all, in principle it means that they appear to have more subscribers, and thus get more ad-revenue).

While it's true I have warnings, I'm not currently on probation, or suspended or banned (obviously.)

But, as some people suggested, maybe I'll just PM a mod.

Not only does no-one care, but the mods might get mad and try to do something.

Do what you want, there's nothing unethical about it.

I say if you want to go for it, I don't think that making a new account will be ban jumping since your not on probation or suspeneded but I'd pm a mod just in case.

Joining the PubClub is worth it, especially if you need to change your name. However if you unable to pay for it (no PayPal account or something like that) then you should probably just stick to the one you have now.
