This is probably going to get frowend uppon by many, but nevertheless, what is the point with achievements, ive being haning around many videogame pages with forums and most of the people who post dont stop going over and over saying "Im so awesome i got this achievment in like the first five minutes, cause ama Pimp!".

So, im here to ask you, what is the point of an achievment, does it have something to do with Xbox live cause if it does i would have no use for them, even if I am trying REALLY hard not to get them all (cause Im a lazy gamer)
