*Well I was playing Saints Row one day, I was doing some mission to kill some gang members (You know, as you do) and I found to what I thought was another mission, but it was some kind of sex thing and I failed on the first attempt, I failed miserably because I had no clue what to do, so I took it as a personal insult and tried again this time I knew what to do and did it as it was suppose to be done, I realised after a while how amusing it was.

Because I was moving the analogue sticks I was supposedly having sex, I laughed at the though. Trust me, if it was THAT easy to have sex, all the gamers would be swingers on the side.

*I watched the GOW3 video for two reasons, 1. Its God of War, I don't need an excuse, 2. I wanted to see if they DID do it with Active Time Events. Needless to say I was laughing like moron as I was watching (Pressing O repeatedly does NOT do the job)

So, am I the only person to find this amusing?

Well im trying to say how funny it is, well in my eyes, its definitely amusing, just checking to see if I was the only one.

And pressing circle to rip a guy's heart out and beat him to death with it is amusing to watch also, pressing circle to supposedly have sex is less awesome then the beating heart.

OT: Yes, it was hilarious as shit. Of course, I've always found any sex scenes in video games to be hilarious, and half of those in movies as well.

I don't find them funny or 'enjoyable' (who actually gets their jollies that way?), I just facepalm, mightily...

They NEVER bring anything to the story, they always look shit (clunky animations etc), and it brings a lot of controversy (re Mass Effect) from idiots who don't have a clue.

Having romances in games is great, having an allusion to getting "down 'n' dirty" is also fine (as in KotoR), but actually making a cinematic of it with in-game graphics, or worse yet, a QTE is just...pointless, tacky and demeaning to the genre in a way.

Actually, with Kratos it's press X to bone them silly (since he can apparently pleasure 2 women to the same degree at the same time and do it again and again afterwards without any recharge, which is really hard to do, let me tell you)
