I understand the legal standpoint and requirement to verify the age of people watching a trailer, but it's always been my opinion that when you're already a member of a site (especially a paying one!), and have given your details (including a date of birth) already, you should not need to re-clarify your age.
YouTube has been doing this for years now, and it should not be too hard a system to put in place. When a member who has already registered an age above the minimum limit for the trailer being shown goes to access it, the site could recognise it and bypass that irritation for them.
Thoughts/opinions? I realise it's only a small annoyance but it seems to me one that could be easily avoided.
