I suppose that is true, it certainly does give the Elites an identity all their own.Thaius said:As much as I understand disappointment at the inability to play as the Sanghelli whenever you want, I have to say I rather like it this way. In the past, there's been no difference between how the Spartans and Elites play. Now they each have their own separate play style, and the player has to adjust accordingly. I think it's a worthwhile trade.

Also there was alot of bitching on the Bungie forums about the Elites in Team Swat in Halo 3 having an unfare advantage as their heads where harder to hit from behind. It is ashame they are not available all the time, but its easier to balance normal multiplayer gameplay if they are split up.Vrex360 said:I suppose that is true, it certainly does give the Elites an identity all their own.Thaius said:As much as I understand disappointment at the inability to play as the Sanghelli whenever you want, I have to say I rather like it this way. But of course it does still annoy me a little because I am concerned that maybe I only get to play these gametypes in system link or Xbox Live both of which are rather inconvenient for me.
Still, at least they didn't forget the Elites completely. That counts for something with me.
That is true I suppose. It does mean that my people no longer have to hold back our strength so that the humans can catch up, that's something.EightGaugeHippo said:My Elite will be a Ranger. It looks the coolest in my opinion.
Also I might be a Ultra just because it looks like Seran from Mass Effect.

I'd go with either the Ranger or Field Marshall.
Yes this is somewhat true, I mean just read the description of the Minor armor in the picture. It essentially says that while he may be valiant there is a high chance of death.Tanfastic said:I hope Arbiter, Honor Guard, and Heretic end up in there.
Idk what i'll use, they all look awesome except the original.
