There are far too many people on your side in this thread. Who cares if they were drunk one person fucking died! You should at least have the courtesy to search your pockets to give a swift recovery to two people in need.

You'd want people to give you money in their situation I'm sure.

As far as I know, only one person can drive a car at a time. As far as I know.. there were 3 girls involved in the accident... as far as I know, there are 2 victims and 1 driver. Were they ALL being stupid? Sure. Kids do stupid things. Not a single person here can post saying they've lived a stupid-free life. It's almost a requirement to have fun in this dangerous modern world we live in, to sometimes take risks when in social environments in order to enjoy yourself.

I can tell you this much for sure; none of those kids thought they'd ever be in an accident. I really think the OP is a bad person to be so cold.

I also think this is a fake story by a very bored person.

the action is fine, but come one, this is one of their friends. brutal honesty is not the right thing to say to this person.

That was bloody cruel of you. Yes, those teens did something incredibly stupid, and yes they are now suffering for it, but the friend who came to your house and asked for a donation didn't do anything wrong and was just trying to help the friends she has left. If you don't want to donate, that's perfectly fine, it's your money, your choice etc. But you didn't have to be so nasty to the girl whose friend just DIED. So yes, I guess that does make you a jerk.
