The scene where Sephiroth stabs and kills Aeris is one of the most famous scenes from the game, along with Sephiroth ominously turning and slowly walking into a wall of flame. Im here to discuss the Aeris death scene. I always here people talking about how sad it was and how they cried and cried about the loss of their sweet angel, Aeris. Am i the only person who was GLAD to see her get a blade through her stomach?
The entire game, she annoyed the living piss out of me. I just wanted Cloud to reach over and punch Aeris in the ovaries the entire time. When the scene came where she met her demise, I nearly threw a house party. I couldn't believe it; it was finally over! The only thing that could have made it better is if Sephiroth had mounted her head on a pike for all to see. So tell me, Escapist, am I alone in my joyfulness? Am I the only one who was sick and twisted enough to enjoy the butchering of a defenseless girl with a ponytail and a pink ribbon? =)
