Uhhh that was in WWI, but that was in 1915, Germany then stopped doing unrestricted U-Boat warfare which caused the sinking. In 1917 when Russia pulled out Germany was closing in on the Allies on the Western front, and they restarted unrestricted U-Boat warfare, US was pissed again but the tipping point came when Germany sent a telegram to Mexico to invade America, they thought that they could use U-Boat warfare to sink the ships carrying the troops and hold them off, but an American navy colonel invented the convoy system which negated the use of U-Boats, and so Britain intercepted the telegram and gave it to America, America then declared war on Germany.Crazy_Dude said:
