Right so to everyone who said yes you wouldn't freak the fuck out if you woke up with the last 13-40 years (making a general range there) of your life missing?

Also where in the nine hells is my poll?

I can't remember much before three, and everything up to five is hazy at best. During that time I learned to speak and do lots of stuff required in being a human, yet I don't feel as if I'm missing anything by not knowing what happened.

I may have a new curiosity in figuring it out, but I would be better off for it. Memories might also give me a bunch of safety reflexes that would get in the way. It would be hard to be a flying brick if I couldn't work up the nerve to jump off a building or punch through a wall because memory says it's a very dumb thing to do.

hmm yes i would choose the power to manipulate time and space, thus allowing me travel back in time and doccument all the events that happened in my life to get the gist of everythign that happened as that is not looking back on a memory specifically just observing one unfold(if that makes any sense) i would then proceed to mess with time and space like a god

EDIT: by document the events i wouldnt be in the body of my pre superpower state i would be a completely different individual just watching things happen

But even I would have to acknowledge I would eventually figure out I had powers all over again and go on some stupid quest to remember everything, since I would think that my forgotten memories contained something important- and would only be disappointed.
