i guess at least SOME people is ecxited for the new "Thundercats" reboot and whatnot. Judging by the Sky-Fallin' success of a certain OTHER Hasbro animated franchise, this one could literally cause the Internet to explode.... oh, and Beavis & Butthead, too.
So... any other series you'd like to see alive and dandy for your children to enjoy as well?

Well, Johnny Quest was pretty much the most legit cartoon ever when I was a kid, and I think it could use a modern iteration. Assuming it was done right at least.

I'd like to see new episodes of Rugrats (and not that grown up bullshit, unless there are new babies that are the children of the old ones. That could be interesting).

Why whatever do you mean? [sheepish grin]

I would say Dexter's Lab but they'd probably fuck it up. Maybe Powerpuff Girls? It WAS after all created by Lauren Faust who is heading up My Little Pony anyway.

Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?

Whatever happened to Robot Jones?

The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show!

The Angry Beavers

My friend, I think there are many shows that should be aired forever.

Eeeeerrrrr... no. Craig McKracken, Faust's husband and LEGENDARY cartoonist (if you please) created PPG and "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends". Lauren Faust worked actively for both the shows... she's the maker of their wonderful designs.

Funny thing, the 1990's Johnny Quest was already a revival to an older 1960's series... so you never know.

......in MY defense!.......they've all got really pretty Designs :3.
Wait no actually, I never watched Foster's home for Imaginary friends. It had a blue blob as the principle supporting character right?

No it's a boy with a round square head and a blue blob as the main characters.

The only ones I canthink off that could be revive are Invader Zim and Samurai Jack.

Static Shock or Cybersix. Those would be pretty damned awesome.
Static Shock was part of the now deceased DC Animated Universe.

Cybersix was banned in the states for the crossdressing protagonist.

And that was back when Cartoons were more lenient.

I can't see either of them coming back sadly.

I don't remember Cybersix too much as I was only three years old at the time it aired, but I thought it was Zorro with a female lead at the time. That being said, Zorro with a female lead sounds like a great idea.

As for Static Shock, there's a potential there. Make it a bit like a cartoony version of inFamous or something and it can do well.

I would like to see a new Ren and Stimpy. But not that awful Adult Swim remake from a couple years ago.

If you want to watch Cybersix, some guy has uploaded all 13 episodes to Youtube. Bless his soul. This will get you started.

Yes, I was aware of that, but I still think the world needs more.

Earthworm Jim
The Tick
Kablam (Although they could just do Prometheus and Bob and I'd be happy)
They're the big ones that stand out in my mind, and I know Earthworm Jim had less episodes than it deserved, and it'd be great to get the madcap-ness of old cartoons back for new (and old) audiences.

Captchas: Tylzon Theory. I'm kinda interested in what that could be.
