Poll: Another insomnia thread

Note: I did search, but the other one had not been posted in in almost a month, and that's considered necroing, which is bannable, on most forums I go on. Tell me if I'm wrong with this or not, if I should have just restored that one or something, please.

So, anyway...I'm having a bit of a problem lately. I'll be real tired, you know how it is, and I'll lie down in bed and close my eyes, nice and comfortable, but then, I'll be restless. Wide awake. I just did that now, in fact, which infuriated me. Do any of you other Escapists have problems with not being able to sleep? Any solutions for it?

EDIT: Whoops, screwed up the fourth option, lemme go ahead and fix that...And, I messed up the spelling on 'Insomnia' in the title. >.<

EDIT2: I think my keyboard's screwing up, I typed everything out the right way, I think, and it all ended up messed up.
AND THE WORD ANOTHER. GOD DANG IT

I sleep once every two days, hell it's 6:15am here at the moment and I'm not a early riser. Normally it's attributed to stress and being on the computer to long

XD i usually wake up every hour or so from 3AM onwards
im only on the comp now because im really bored, i dont need to get up for 2 more hours ~_~

Here it is more preferable to necro, than to remake a thread. Chances are, you are likely to get a lot of flak for doing it in the future.

On-Topic: Yeah, I have the same problem. Nothing I can really do about since my mom won't let me take any sleeping drugs other than Niquil (and I fucking hate the stuff). So, I just wait till I'm tired enough, then close my eyes and hope for the best.

I guess I'm lucky in this regard, I have no trouble sleeping (I probably don't get enough though). My advice is see your doctor, they're more qualified to deal with a situation such as this than we are.
