Well here's a list of games from the current generation that I recommend to everyone, though you may have played some or all of them.
Fallout 3, that game is heroin to me.
Fable 2, flawed but fun as a barrel of monkeys.
The Orange box, if you don't have this already, then run out and buy it now, too much awesome in that for anyone to miss out on it.
Bioshock, atmospheric and genius, a must play in my book.
Little big planet, this should be mandatory playing for anyone with a PS3, yes the platforming is a little clunky at times, but the sheer scope of the level creator and the ammount of charm more than make up for it.
Uncharted
rake's fortune, doesn't do anything new, but it does a whole lot and does it bloody well.
Gears of War 2, the testosterone fueled meat heads can be a little over bearing, but it's a fantastic game none the less.
inFamous, a great open world action game, great fun.
Halo 3, I loved the single player game, thought it was epic and brilliantly crafted, the multiplayer is also fantastic if you're playing with good people.
