Poll: Are you a Brony?

I guess you could say that. I am a 19 year old guy who enjoys the show. I personally don't think it's the best show I've ever seen. But compared to most of the cartoons that have came out in the last few years:

I have to say it's a pretty damn big step in the right direction in terms of the quality in kids shows. The characters actually have distinctive personalities, the art design is quite attractive, and it's pretty funny. The creator of the show actually went out of her way to make it so that the show can appeal to anyone, not just little girls.

To be honest, I didn't think I'd like the show that much, but I was wrong.

I am alarmed by the amount of ignorant people intolerant of others' preference in TV shows, though. (144 friggen votes for disgust? wth people, it's just a cartoon) Disappointing.

Anyway, "Yes" is the highest voted, so I guess that makes up for it.

I don't think any movies deserve an Oscar this year, this series has outdone everything of the past 3 years regarding film and T.V. (with exceptions to Repo: The genetic Opera, MLP: FiM hasnt done a great opera/gore episode yet)

There is one thing stopping me from choosing "yes". What does being a Brony mean? Will it put it on per-mane-ent record? Will I get mugged on the streets? Do I have to participate in a demonic blood ritual?
Or does it just mane that I will get accepted then ignored if I don't post anything else? I'm not foally worried, but just in case.

I honestly can't stand how excessive this meme and show has gotten. I try to stick away from almost every single aspect of it that I can, but on virtually every thread I check, I see at least 3 people with some pony with a trampstamp for an avatar.

No, I am not a brony, I am someone who can't stand how far this is going, and is eagerly waiting for this to pass back into obscurity.

Well, bad news, it isn't going anywhere. The knowyourmeme.com page is still gathering loads of hits and pictures, and even if it does die down over the next few months, there's a new series out in December so we'll be back to full strength for sure by then.

I love the show. I just don't like the weird pictures that show up from fan art. Some are funny but some are just weird that you wonder what goes in there heads. I basically will if i ever get the chance do a presentation in my college class if i think i can get away with it.

What i got was 40 painful minutes of humor i didn't find funny, i think i laughed about twice at the spazz pony...

I watched the first two episodes, and hated it, but then I decided to give it another try.

I am VERY glad, because it's probably one of the best shows I have recently watched.
