Are you good at making threads, and what has been your most successful thread?

I am very bad at making threads, non of them last long, and my most (and only) successful thread is the "How I escaped from hell".

Go.

I'm horrible at making threads. In fact, in my entire 13 months of being a member of this site, I've created only one Thread, the "Down Under RP" and even that is a shared RP between me and Sky14kemea.

I've Co-GM'd a few RPs though, such as the Avatar Adventure RP (one of the oldest currently active threads on the escapist)and the Aegis RP (Another Co-owned RP between me and Sky14Kemea)

I've yet to make a thread... so no, I'm not good at making threads.

I like to think so, they're usually news, reviews or article-type things, search for "Oblivious Presents". My most successful was probably my poll on how people like to eat eggs.

I've only made one thread in my time here but it got well over 100 replies. I think it was something like "How safe is your neighborhood?". I made it after my house had a brick put through the window.

No. My opinions and what I consider to be interesting conversation doesn't seem to mesh with the general populous.

No, my endeavours to get the Forum Inferno badge have so far ended in failure.

I'll get it one day. :)

I'm new, but I've made a few threads like the one I currently have going about playing female characters in games, but my past ones did well too, like, What fashion from a game would you wear IRL and What video game enemy trophies would you like to have in your den?

I don't remember the actual thread titles, but they did alright. 2-3 pages of replies.

My last two threads has both received over 130 replies, so I guess I'm at least kinda good at making threads.

When my threads are reviews, sure. I love my reviews, and everyone else should. Because that inflates my ego, and eventually, it will kill you all!

As for normal threads, not so much. I can't think of original ideas for them, so I mostly don't do them. I made one about Shampoo and Conditioner once though. T'was awesome.

My most successful thread, which is still ongoing, would be my Forum Game: Guess who's below you

The few threads I have created on the non-RP forum has gotten well over 150 replies each, I think. So I'd say so.

Oh god, the meta, it BURNS!!

OT: I've made a grand total of three threads in my life, one was successful-ish, but died shortly after 1000 views.
The second, I can't remember what it was.
The third was a very short lived forum game.

The best thread I ever made was called a troll thread by many'a'retards. Every other thread has struggled to get past two pages. The last thread I made got two replies.
I have only ever made about four threads since I have been here none have been successful though. So, no I am not good at making threads. I do get quoted a lot however but that isn't really related.

My threads consistently get under a hundred replies, the most I ever got was 81. Sure, they rack up the replies quickly, but they don't stay up very long. Seems every one who has a say on the matter says it quickly.

My reviews get a decent amount of replies for reviews, but I think the user review section should be some kind of Index for what has been reviewed (like GameFAQS). Unlike a thread, you should be able to critique a review no matter how old it is without being accused of Necroing. Constructive Criticism is Constructive Criticism, after all.
