Normal people are boring, it's the crazies that are fun :D
Agreed.

I'd hate to be thought of as "just like everyone else", I know technically speaking we all are when you apply it to the human race, but I mean to individuals, I'd rather be known to people someone who is a little quirky than an average joe who is as forgettable as the next person.
I know what you mean. Not to mention, considering how 'normal' girls around my age act, I am very glad to be different.

It's one of those topics where I usually say "blah is in the eye of the beholder." Which I've been called both normal and abnormal. I don't make those sort of gneralizations about myself since it's just plain useless anyway.

Define normal.
/topic.

In all seriousness, I'm most likely not, but I like to think I am.
I enjoy the company of friends, family, a few drinks, a bong or two, a film and some music.
I am at once introverted and extroverted, it just depends on the time and place and what my soul needs at that particular moment.
But then, what my personality manifests itself as externally isn't necessarily the same as how it manifests itself internally.
I'm deeply in touch with myself emotionally, spiritually and mentally. I like to think I see more beauty in more simple things than your average joe, I like to think I'm pretty open minded, accepting, and overall well balanced. And I DO take pride in that, I feel somewhat enlightened (due to a combination of recent events in my life and certain substances,) but what is enlightenment to me may sound like hippy noodling to someone else.
What is normal to my eyes can be batshit insane to someone elses.

Normal is a farce. We are all normal, and we are all unique and weird in our own ways.
Something like 99% of every human beings DNA is identical, so it's that last 1% that seperates us all, we're all one and the same, and that's what matters.

Yes, I am. Just like everyone here who will say they aren't. I wake up in the morning, go to college (well, I don't at the moment, I'm on holiday! :D) and then go home and go to sleep.

Replace that with work and you will get everyone else here, bunch of mindless drones that we all are.
Hear Hear.

Really people, unless your primary mode of transportation is backflipping or you sing every time you open the fridge, or something that is actually unusual, then you are normal. It's not a bad thing like a heap of people seem to think it is.

I'm normal and proud of it.

I find this attitude very normal, and very boring.

Try again?
Please define normal. I find you picking holes in my argument (Without a good use of humour) very normal, and very boring.

I also think you missed the intended irony of my post.

All of you are normal within the confines of this community and possibly within actual normal western society, you are simply fooled into the delusions of uniqueness to feed your own egos that your superior to the sheeple below you which have been encouraged by our PC everyone is special and unique society which means we have created a generation of narcissistic attention seekers. Well unless you've got a tail or something, then your not normal, or 3 legs, man having 3 legs would be awesome.

Hell no, I'm not normal. How many normal people sleep with three sharpened knives within reach while they sleep, one of which in their hand?
My ex slept with a sword in his arms and we slept with a knife within arm's length no matter where we were in the bedroom.

OT: It all depends on your definition. These days... it is normal to be different. So by saying I am different... I am like everyone else which would be normal wouldn't it?

Chalk another one up for the "Pfff. Normal? What the hell is that?" crowd. I'm obsessed with martial arts, I walk fast, I eat fast (and I have the appetite of Homer Simpson), and I have flexible shoulders and a back that can bend to a near 90 degree angle.
