I would be all about seeing Batman go up against the Anti-Batman Prometheus. It would be a lot of fun just to whoop his ass. Of course Deathstroke would also work in that situation even if he isn't specifically a Batman villain.

Black Mask would also be neat if it was a game long battle of Cat and Mouse...

Two Face is the guy I'd love to see. He's a great bad guy. Raz'al'ghul's daughter is slated to come up, kinda obscure, I only know her form the cartoon and not the comics but she should prove interesting.

Riddler will probably make another appearance but not as a 'bad guy' per se, but more of an achievement whore facilitator. I would also like Catwoman to appear, not as the big bad guy but kinda like an encounter you build up to similar to Croc. She's not strong enough to be a main villain but she is my favourite Batman villain.

I hate penguin and I really don't want to see him and I look forward to more trippy bits caused by scarecrow.

I'm not fussed on Villains, but I'd like to see Robin, Nightwing, Huntress etc make appearances myself.

Robin? I just threw up in my mouth a lil'. And you include Huntress and Nightwing? Why would you want to see those?!

I'd like to see Black Mask, Hush, Two Face, and Dr. Hugo Strange. For whatever reason I really don't want to see The Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and Catwoman.

One thing I will point out is that a lot of Batman villains are masterminds. Typically in the comics Batman doesn't have great battles with the villains themselves, but their henchmen. He's also not invincible and has been defeated by being swarmed by thugs on numerous occasions. Not to mention being on the occasional receiving end of a beating from a 7' ex prison inmate dressed like a clown. As disappointing as it might be, the "thug" fights are pretty much accurate to the genere, guys like "The Joker" continue on largely by exploiting Batman's code Vs. Killing as much as anything.

That said, for a long time I've wanted to see more of Harley Quinn in all the various media, but I think she's a character that works best in relatively small doses. Also a lot depends on which version of Harley they are using, her abillities are very differant between the comics and cartoon apperances. In the Cartoon she's just a nut job with some acrobatics and a couple of guns/gizmos. In the comics she's a "super soldier" who was given a formula by Ivy (back when Harley briefly had her own series) that enhanced her physical abillities to above human levels (and I don't believe she ever lost them, but it's been a while). Strictly speaking if your dealing with a version based on the cartoon she's mostly an annoyance and the whole "thug rush" thing makes sense. In the comic style, well let's just say that I'm not sure if a straight punch-up would be easy to do justice in a video game. Her track record/performance is actually reasonably good against Batman in the comics and I believe it was mentioned that if she actually did some serious training she'd dust him.
