Hello escapist.
I have been reading this forum for a while and finally decided to start a topic.
I have never really liked American football, even though I have wanted to, owing to the fact that the games never really help you understand the rules and even when they do, feel too ridged and hard to play. Then along comes back breaker. Perfect ragdoll effects, the game is much easier to understand and is generally fun.
However one look at metacritic would try to tell you otherwise with scores mostly set at 50.
Why?
are these review written by Americans that are huge supporters of the game, or is the full game magically different from the demo.
One part of me thinks that madden had something to do with the scores. but i might just be paranoid.
So what do you guys think. do you think its worthy of the low metacritic score?
(and it sucks that Europe gets the game 25 days later than the guys over the pond. lucky)
