So crisp it melts in your mouth thats the best form of bacon I have ever had,other wise I like it cooked, you can fry it fast and have it crunchy or cook it slow and have it hamy. The trick is to not over cook it and making it hard and leathery, bacon is the most trickiest meat I ever have cooked with,even getting stake/beef tender via cooking is easier than getting bacon right all the time.

But personally I love my bacon on the crispy side because well it's bacon not steak ^^

I was a vegetarian for 19 years, but when I decided to eat meat it was a choice. I don't eat meat everyday or anything but I have to tell you, the first time I had bacon was...it was like nothing else you have ever eaten. It's got fat and salt and flavour in all the right places...and it doesn't leave you feeling super bloated or anything after.
It's a magical foodstuff.

If it's cooked and rested on paper towel properly it won't be oily and you'l be able to bite through it. Whoever cooked your bacon can't cook bacon. They wasted the bacon!

Bacon was the first gift from the gods. It's the divine food, and exists only to comfort us during this weary mortal existence, and serve as a small taste of the riches that await us in the afterlife.

I definitely like my bacon super-crunchy. Usually just at the point where it's starting to get burnt. ^^ Then it's reeeeeeeeeally good, to me anyway.

I'm a vegetarian, but back when I did eat bacon, I liked it crunchy. I just like when food is lightly burnt for some reason. I guess it adds flavor or something :p

I love bacon, but I hate the trimmings. That's why I like my bacon very well done and crispy, almost burnt. Especially in sandwiches.

I prefer my bacon somewhere in between. I do not like bacon as much when it is crunchy because the flavor does not seem right to me. I do not like bacon when it is floppy because it is harder to chew it and I do not like foods when the fat is not cooked more.

I used to like it chewy and lovely. But as I've grown up, I've decided I like it crunchy!...
