Have you ever gotten into any mod trouble? If so what were the circumstances?
Edit: Vote for the one that is the most serious that applies. Mod warning is more serious than locked thread, everything else is pretty easy to figure out.

This thread was done today already and was locked.

You don't even need to search bar it, the thread was on page 3 for crying out loud.

To answer the question: I was given what could be called a mistaken suspension (I resurrected a thread on Warcry, not realising that slower traffic means that posts on the first page could be old) and it was removed upon asking nicely.

Yeah, I've gotten suspended 4 times. All of which I felt were justified. Well, except that one about zero content posts. I LOOKED THROUGH MY MESSAGES AND DIDN'T FIND ANY WARNING SO HA!

EDIT: Oh, and I also got a forum warning notice that basically said "Do that again and the tech team bans you forever." What I did I shall not say, but suffice to say if was a flaw in the very foundation of The Escapist its self.

I managed to stay completely clean, then again 20 21 posts isn't exactly staggering

It's never too early to troll the comunity.

I've been on probation and was the direct cause of one locked thread, but that's it.

I think that was just because the OP started the thread out with "Hello fellow escapists." Which to me at lest is kinda annoying.

Surprisingly, I haven't yet been in any trouble.
I try to avoid direct flaming but I'm certainly not the nicest person around.

I've only had a few (as in, a lot) of threads locked, mainly because they were understandably shit/weren't open to discussion/no one got the point of the thread.

As long as this doesn't turn into yet another "the mods aren't doing their jobs properly" thread, go right on ahead.

I am completely clean, I aim to keep it that way.
I make sure I never say anything to offend anyone, and if I ever have, I apologise.
I just want the Neo badge, dammit!

Hmmmmmm, I got warned once for backseat modding. I was basically sending PM's to trolls telling them to stop being idiots else they'd end up getting told off by the mods. I was warned then, and I haven't done it since. Other than that, I have a completely clean record. Probably because although I've been involved in a fair few thread derailments, I haven't done anything really bad and I always try to make a comment relating to the topic in question. After that, derailing isn't as big a deal, at least not for me.
