What are these 'showers' and 'baths'?

Personally, I prefer showers, because it's faster. But if I take a bath, I also take my time and grab a book

We don't have a shower, so I have to have baths. I like relaxing in them, but I hate taking ages. Last time I had a shower was at my boyfriends a few weeks ago.

It's kinda unsettling and hilarious that some people actually voted for "neither".

I pick a shower any day, baths take too much time. And I don't really like fancy bath salts or a bubble bath, even though I'm a chick.

Shower are faster and efficient. Baths on the other hand are relaxing and better to unwind with..also if you have a significant other, it's more entertaining.

My bath is really uncomfortable, so shower here.
Although I occasionally cut a hole in a bear and get in to clean myself

I can't have a bath, we don't have a tub, so I'll have to go for a shower.

But I still, probably, prefer showers. Most baths aren't really comfortable for me, usually too short (I'm 6'7"/1.96M, I think that's an ok conversion) and my back is often pretty busted up, and baths are pretty...solid, so to speak.

However, that opinion is only formed by practical limitations, the idea of a comfy hot bath is véry alluring, I just need to find a proper bath.

Mostly baths. They make my back feel better. Plus I have a giant tub that can accommodate two people, much nicer to take a bath together then a shower together.

I used to bathe, until I began to realize that taking a bath was just swimming in your own filth.

I only like baths when I'm to tired to stand up in the shower. Then I fall asleep in the bath and almost drown.

I do it the japanesse way. shower first to get the dirt away, and have a bath after that.

I prefer baths; nice and relaxing and just hot enough that your skin goes red, but that you're not scalded. Though since my accommodation only has a shower, I can't have baths as I would like.

I actually perfer baths. I'm living wth my student friends and we have this amazing corner bath. Of course as men they don't do baths but I thoroughly enjoy relaxing bubble times.

Shower, I simply don't have the time for it. And my bath tub is really small. I can't lie down in it, or even sit cross legged.
