Poll: Battlefield help

Simple poll thread this is going to be.

Should I get Battlefield Bad Company or Battlefield 1943 ?
i think there both insane fun and worth the money but i only want one

I haven't played 1943, but its an arcade game. I believe it is much shorter then Bad Company. Not only that, but they both have multiplayer, and I heard that Bad Company was a very good game.

Probably Bad Company, seeing as Battlefield 1943 is sick with the "EA Fucked up again" disease.

Battlefield 2 and 1942 are much better than these two. (In my opinion)

I agree, which is why I'm asking if he has the option for it. I'd much rather play BF2.

If you're in it purely for the multiplayer I'd go for 1943, since there are more people online and it's incredibly fun, though it only has 3 maps.
Don't think alot of people are playing bad company online anymore due to all the alternatives and the fact that it came out half a year ago (please correct me if I'm wrong).
Also depends on what platform you're going to buy it for.
The pc gets 1943 in september I believe.
I'd go for 1943 even though it's watered down compared to 1942.

I love the version of Bad Company on my 360, but if you have to get a Battlefield game, definitely get one on the PC. Battlefield 1942 and 2 still have people playing online, but I never played 2142.

If you need a console game, I would recommend waiting for Bad Company 2. Will probably be much better than the original, and if not, you still have the original to fall back on.

1943 is fun for what you get, at the current time when i last played it though (About 1 hour prior to this), my friend couldn't connect to any of my games and vice-versa. In other words, EA have fucked their own game again.
